We asked ourselves why clients are so often disappointed in the service they receive from their trusted advisors—then we set out to build something different. Our aim was to address their challenges, highlight key opportunities for growth and to stay with them over the long haul, helping them build a lasting financial legacy.
That’s why we formed Bridgewell Financial.
We offer group benefits, wealth and financial planning and corporate and personal insurance services to individuals, organizations and their leaders. At least that’s what we do. In reality, we’re partners to our clients. We work to understand their personal and professional goals, then provide specialized advice that helps them achieve—or often exceed—those objectives.
Bridgewell brings together a team of long-time collaborators: Michael Wortsman (formerly TEB/CO) and Chad Tranter, Mike Tranter and Graeme Martin of Franklin Tranter and Associates and Creative Planning Financial Group. Each of the partners will continue to provide expertise in their respective service lines, while delivering their insights and advice to our wider group of clients. We’re excited to have the opportunity to enhance our service capabilities—helping our clients understand and manage their financial matters in a more comprehensive way. The partnership team will be supported by a group of industry professionals that includes Daniel Keller, Judy Tranter, Teresa Garcia, Joana King and Jessica Thompson, along with a robust network of industry partners.
Our existing clients and aforementioned industry partners may wonder what’s about to change with the launch of Bridgewell. Put simply, they can still expect the same tailored solutions and boutique service as always. The difference now is that by bringing the partners’ experience and expertise under one banner, we’re able to take our integrated approach to the next level. That means they have access to an enhanced suite of solutions catered to their fast-evolving personal or professional financial needs.
Because to us, the only planning that matters is the kind that has a purpose. Our new name is a nod to the fact that many organizations and their leaders face significant financial gaps, be it professionally on the corporate insurance or group benefits side, or individually when it comes to wealth planning or personal insurance. They’re busy. They need to focus on running their businesses, managing their teams or creating opportunities to do what matters most—spending time with their loved ones. But they also have goals and dreams. If they don’t know what questions to ask or what steps to take to fill those gaps, they may not achieve success.
That’s where we come in. Our job is to reduce the complexity and make their decisions as simple and streamlined as possible—acting as their personal CFO, in other words. If we don’t have all the answers, we have a team behind us and an even wider network of trusted industry partners who can step up and provide the right advice. Part of our experience means doing the necessary research, compiling data and delivering services using the latest tech tools that our industry has to offer, then presenting ideas proactively so they can rest easy. Delivering peace of mind is a critical part of any financial service provider’s role, and it’s a responsibility we take to heart.
There’s another aspect of our service experience that won’t change: a dedication to responsiveness, attention to detail and an emphasis on providing fact-based insights. Our clients will notice that our new website features a blog section and downloadable reports. They can expect a steady stream of relevant information including industry updates, legislative developments, economic news, industry trends and specialized advice from our team. It’s another way we can help enhance their financial outcomes and make their Bridgewell experience as beneficial and meaningful as possible.
