Sharika Thalappaly is Bridgewell’s Group Service Coordinator. She’s responsible for handling a range of group benefits-related duties from policy amendments and carrier transfers to new business implementation. She also assists in managing back-end administration of our various operational platforms. Sharika’s extensive workplace experience includes tenures with a major group health solution provider, at Service Canada and with a national life insurance company. “I felt Bridgewell was a good match for me,” she says. “The company culture is definitely unique. Bridgewell believes in wellness, not only for clients, but also employees. We really live our core values.”

In her downtime, Sharika loves to travel. In fact, she visits new destinations each year with the same group of friends. Last year’s adventure saw them visit the U.S., while the group has Ireland in its sights for its next trip. Aside from globetrotting, Sharika enjoys reading and watching Netflix.
