Our $1 million giving goal
Bridgewell Financial was built with a simple aim: to improve the well-being of our clients and the communities we serve. We’ve done it by delivering innovative solutions in our service verticals, while collaborating with transformative charitable causes.
We know that creating positive change requires significant financial support. We’ve established a very ambitious giving target: The Bridgewell Financial team will donate $1 million to charity over the next 10 years. That’s a very big, audacious goal—one that we’re already well on our way to achieving!—but we believe that you need to aim high to create lasting change.

Living our values
To keep track of our fundraising, we’re introducing a Giving Arch for members of the Bridgewell community to follow as we edge closer to our $1 million giving goal. But that’s not all.
In 2025, we also introduced a new employee policy designed to maximize the impact of our team’s donations to their preferred charities. Whenever a team member makes a donation of up to $200, Bridgewell will match it 5-to-1 per year. It’s our way of amplifying our team’s generosity, while helping them feel connected to the causes closest to their hearts. That’s in addition to the two paid days that we provide team members each year to volunteer at a charity or non-profit of their choice.
Bridgewell in the Community
Every charitable giving strategy needs a focal point. For our team, that means fundraising for two grassroots organizations that support kids’ physical and financial wellness. Specifically, we want to help the next generation build a strong financial foundation and to be physically fit and active. That’s why we’re concentrating the bulk of our giving efforts to raise awareness and donations for our spotlight charities: Junior Achievement Canada and Keep Playing Kids. JA Canada is committed to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy, while Keep Playing Kids, is a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers to play by providing free, accessible sports programs for underserved children.

Paddles with Purpose
To energize that support, we recently held our inaugural Paddles with Purpose evening at the Fairgrounds Leaside. The event was a massive success, drawing out hundreds of players, clients, partners and sponsors from across the Bridgewell community. We raised more than $70,000 for JA Canada and Keep Playing Kids. This will be our premiere annual fundraising event and it’s one we look forward to growing in the years ahead.

JA Canada is a non-profit that inspires and equips young people across Canada with financial literacy, work-readiness, and entrepreneurship skills to succeed in a global economy.
Keep Playing Kids
Keep Playing Kids is a national nonprofit that provides free sports programs to underserved children, helping them stay active while building confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
CAMH, Sunrise Challenge
The Sunrise Challenge invited Canadians to wake up with the sun for 5 days while raising vital funds for Canada’s leading mental health research hospital.
Jack.org
Jack.org seeks to empower Canada’s young leaders so they can dismantle barriers to positive mental health in their communities.
Daily Bread Food Bank
The Daily Bread Food bank use donations to help provide fresh, nutritious food to those experiencing hunger and help to ensure everyone’s right to food is realized.
Youth Unlimited
Youth Unlimited is a faith based charity investing in the whole life transformation of youth, their families, and their communities.
