Justin Kishurilall joined the Bridgewell team to expand his group benefits expertise and because he was intrigued by our firm’s focus on wellness and community involvement.

As a Group Benefits Account Manager, he’s made a strong impression across our team and amongst our clientele, helping to manage everything from plan renewals to addressing clients’ evolving benefits needs. Justin works with clients on a proactive basis to understand how their plans are performing and to suggest enhancements. That includes negotiating with group benefits carriers to ensure clients receive the best coverage at the best possible rates. “When I’m looking at potential employers, I always look for the right career fit, along with a good atmosphere and workplace energy,” he explains. “At Bridgewell, I felt real positivity and the desire to move forward and help grow the company.” When he’s not working, Justin enjoys watching sports ranging from hockey and baseball to football (he’s a huge Broncos fan) and following Canada’s national soccer team. He loves spending time with his mom and daughters on weekends, often combing garage sales for interesting antique finds.
